Subscriptions

Overview

Rolebase offers tiered subscription plans to fit organizations of different sizes. Subscriptions are managed per organization and billed through Stripe.

Free	$0	Basic features. Limited number of members. Ideal for small teams getting started.
Startup	Per seat/month	All core features. Suitable for growing teams that need full access to meetings, tasks, discussions, and integrations.
Business	Per seat/month	Everything in Startup, plus advanced features, priority support, and higher limits.

• Everything in Free
• Unlimited members
• Meeting templates and recurring meetings
• Calendar integrations (Office 365, Google Calendar)

Business Plan

• Everything in Startup
• Advanced governance features
• Priority support
• Higher storage and API limits

Managing Your Subscription

Only the organization Owner can manage the subscription.

Subscribing

1. Open Settings.
2. Click Subscription under Organization.
3. Select a plan.
4. Enter payment details via the Stripe checkout flow.
5. Your subscription is activated immediately.

Changing Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

• Upgrading takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle.
• Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancelling

To cancel your subscription:

1. Open Settings, then Subscription under Organization.
2. Click Cancel Subscription.
3. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the Free plan.

No data is lost when downgrading or cancelling. Your organization, roles, and history remain intact.

Billing and Invoices

Rolebase uses Stripe for payment processing. From Settings, then Billing under Organization, you can:

• View the amount and date of your next invoice.
• Update your billing email, billing address and payment method.
• Download invoices for past payments.
• View billing history.
• Pay a pending invoice with the Pay button, which opens the secure Stripe payment page.
