Clarify who does what and give your teams real autonomy
Rolebase is the open source platform to map your roles, run better meetings, and let every team self-organize.
Free access. Open source. Paid plan as you grow.

These everyday blockers are costing your organization
It stays unclear who does what, and who actually decides
Meetings pile up but rarely end in clear decisions
Information, tasks and decisions are scattered across too many tools
Teams wait for sign-off instead of taking initiative
Giving teams more autonomy feels complicated or too rigid
See who does what, at last
Rolebase lays out your whole organization in a living org chart. Every role shows its purpose, domain, accountabilities and members.
The “black box” effect is over. Everyone sees their place, their responsibilities and everyone else’s, and always knows who to turn to.

Govern and collaborate in one place
One platform instead of a stack of scattered tools
Structured meetings, topics, tasks and decisions attach directly to the roles they belong to.
Your teams stop juggling spreadsheets, docs and chat apps. Everything that moves a project forward stays two clicks away, in the right place.
